How do I change my order?
Due to fast turnarounds on our printing range, a change to the order might not always be possible. Please contact us via Live Chat or contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
I've uploaded the wrong artwork. What can I do?
Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed?
You can change your shipping address before the order is dispatched; it is sometimes possible to change the address during transit. Please speak with one of our Live Chat team or contact us.
How do I cancel my order?
How do I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking number by email when the order is dispatched. The email will include a link to the tracking area on the Interlink website.
My order has not arrive. What can I do?
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Please contact us and remember to have your order number to hand. We will more than likely ask for photos to show what the problem is. Alternatively, email email@example.com with as much information as possible and we will be more than happy to help.

What files types do you accept?

What are Trims, Bleeds and Safe Margins?
I have ordered Spot UV. How do I know how to apply it?
We recommend using a program like Adobe Illustrator, creating a new layer called 'Spot UV' and indicating where you’d like it, using 100% Magenta to highlight the area.
Do you have any templates to use as a guide while designing?
We have a range of PDF document which show the trims, bleeds and safe margins and other information for your specific product size. To find these in our online store simply find the tab called 'Delivery Info' and scroll across to 'Templates' and you can find the PDF document guides there.
Do you print RGB or CYMK
We print in CMYK. When providing artwork, the colour needs to be set as CMYK not RGB (RGB artwork will be converted to CMYK, as this could affect your colours).
Shipping & Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all UK mainland deliveries.
What delivery companies do you use?
Our main delivery companies are DPD and UPS but other companies may be used when required. Remote locations will have a private delivery company when required which could include Royal Mail.
Do you delivery on Saturday?
Deliveries are delivered by our deliver partners Monday to Friday and not on Saturdays, Sunday or public holidays.
What is the latest time for deliveries?
Deliveries are scheduled between 8am and 8pm and usually in the van by 11am. Full information on your estimated delivery can be found within your delivery email from us.
I am making a large order. Can it be carried inside the building?
For very large orders we use a specialist courier who handle palleted deliveries and they can only deliver to the curb side and cannot carry the pallet inside the building. If you have any concerns before placing a large order please contact us.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Are there any charges for using a credit card?
There are no charges when using a credit card.
Do you store any credit card information?
No, we do not store any credit or debit card details on our servers or databases.
Where can I get a copy of an invoice for an order?
An invoice will always be sent to you once your order has been placed. If you can't find it and would like another copy, please contact us.
