We know our customers have lots of questions about what we’re doing in response to the spread of Coronavirus and wanted to provide some information on the steps we have taken
We are staying close to the government on the latest information and advice to ensure we are doing the right thing for you, our customers. We know that one of the most important ways to help prevent the spread of any virus is to maintain a good hygiene, so as per the NHS guidance we are recommending that you continue to thoroughly wash their hands on a regular basis and to follow the advice on catch-it, bin-it, kill-it for coughs and sneezes.
We work with a number of delivery companies including DPD and UPS who deliver to a range of customers throughout the day. If you are unsure on receiving your parcel face to face from them or are in self isolation, please choose to either have your parcel delivered to a safe place (in the top of your bin, outside your front door, in a shed etc) or get it delivered to one of your neighbors.
As for our events, we are continuously reviewing the guidelines by the government and will update each event individually if required. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates and our website event pages. We will also be keeping face to face meetings to a minimum until at least the 15th April 2020.
As a small business, we rely on still having customer support and we hope that you will continue to shop with us online. Please feel free to have a chat with us via social media or live chat if you are in self-isolation and need someone to talk to. We are friendly bunch! Please also remember to continue to support other local businesses as well.
We understand some of the reports around Coronavirus are concerning and we’d like to assure our customers that we’re staying really close to the government guidance. If any customer has any concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or live chat us via our website.
If you are able to help your neighbors and community and not in self-isolation yourself, please download and use our Self-Isolating Help Flyer and use it as many times as you'd like!
